Hogbread Day 2


Now time for the curry and chickpea bread…..


Spicy chickpea flatbread as per usual recipe
Mushrooms, peeled and chopped
Leek, chopped
Garlic chopped
Tin tomatoes
Tomato puree

Bake the flatbread in the oven as per usual recipe.
Gently fry the garlic and spices in vegetable oil.
Add the leeks and mushrooms, continue to stirfry.
Add the tomatoes and puree, simmer and add salt to taste.
Pile the flatbread pieces on a plate and pour the curry over it.
