Rework, Return

Still assisting my sister with her Slenderisers World (TM) project.  Cue a rework of a couple of previous recipes; https://theanxiouscook.wordpress.com/2013/12/22/antipodes/#more-1020, a courgette bake, this time made with wholemeal flour rather than white (wolfed down in record time by both of us).  Also https://theanxiouscook.wordpress.com/2013/11/10/red-onion-rock-out/#more-955, veggie burgers, this time with carrot rather than sweet potato, and baked in the oven with a touch of 0% cooking spray instead of being fried in oil (still delicious, rammed into a pitta bread with some low fat margarine).

We are however still trying to work out why chickpeas/yellow split lentils (the constituent parts of gram flour) are “free” on the Slenderisers World menu (ie you can eat as much as you want), whilst gram flour itself is a “syn” (limited consumption only) ……….???
